摘要：
O objetivo deste artigo é analisar a rede empresarial de produção de semente de soja transgênica no estado de Goiás. A principal rede de produção de semente de soja transgênica adaptada ao cerrado é constituída pela parceria entre Monsanto, Embrapa e Centro Tecnológico para Pesquisas Agropecuárias. Conclui-se que a Monsanto ocupa uma posição hegemônica na rede empresarial.

the aim of this study is to analyze the business networking transgenic soybean seed production in the state of Goias. The main seed production of transgenic soybean Cerrado is constituted by Monsanto, Embrapa and CTPA. It's concluded that Monsanto holds a hegemonic position in this partnership.
