摘要：Explora a noção de organização da informação documentária na perspectiva da produção de documentos. Compreende a produção de documentos como processo de elaboração de registros de informação que dão acesso às unidades de conhecimento, e não como produção desse conhecimento. Parte do pressuposto de que a noção de produção de documentos torna-se mais evidente na produção do documento eletrônico, quando ocorre uma aproximação entre as etapas de edição do texto do autor e as de representação, visando à sua recuperação em sistemas de informação. Traça e discute histórica e conceitualmente a produção de documentos, explorando o documento por meio dos seus componentes, de suas etapas de produção, e como produto dos processos documentários. Conclui pela noção de produção de documentos (no sentido documentário) como aquela realizada em um sistema de informação documentária, por meio da transformação do texto do autor em documento, o que implica a elaboração de formas de apresentação e formas de representação e acesso a esses documentos. Por fim, aponta a necessidade de ampliação e fundamentação da noção de organização da informação documentária, pela agregação da noção de produção de documentos.
其他摘要：It explores the notion of information organization from the perspective of the production of documents. It comprehends the production of documents as a process of elaboration of the records of information, which will give access to the units of knowledge, and not as the production of this knowledge. It works with the idea that the notion of production of documents becomes more evident in the production of the electronic document, where there is an approach between the stages of the text edition of the author and the representation in information retrieval systems. It draws and discusses historically and conceptually the production of documents, exploring the document through its components, its stages of production and as a product of the documentary processes. It concludes that the notion of the production of documents (in the documentary sense) is that one done in a documentary information system through the transformation of the author’s text in a document, which implies the elaboration of ways of presentation, representation and access to these documents. Finally, it indicates the necessity for enlargement and definition of the fundamentals of the notion of information organization by adding the notion of the production of documents.
