其他摘要：It is argued that it is necessary to consíder the community´s needs and social history in any attempt to develop the comunity. An argument is made for the need to inelude a social psychologist in any coonmunity ínterventíon program who would help the community in identifying and carrying out social change. A community development program must start with an application of group dynamics techníques followed by the group becoming aware of its problema, becoming motivated and then producing the social change needed.
