摘要：La Comunidad Autónoma Vasca, la Comunidad Foral de Navarra y el País Vasco Francés constituyen realidades institucionales diferenciadas. Como es obvio, sus respectivos sistemas político-electivos se ven fuertemente condicionados por la línea de fractura ideológica que diferencia las formaciones sobre el eje izquierda-derecha. Sin embargo, además de éste, existe otro cleavage que hace aún más compleja la realidad política: nos estamos refiriendo al conflicto identitario. Sobre estas bases, el objetivo de este trabajo es presentar la evolución de los tres sistemas en las pasadas décadas, tratando de apuntar las claves sobre las que podría pivotar la evolución de los próximos años.
其他摘要：The Basque Autonomous Community, the Foral Community of Navarre and the French Basque Country constitute differentiated institutional realities. Obviously enough, their respective political-elective systems are strongly conditioned by the line of ideological fracture that differentiates formations along the left-right axis. Besides this, however, there is another cleavage that makes the political reality even more complex: the identitarian conflict. With this starting point, the aim of this paper is to present the evolution of the three systems in recent decades, and to identify the axes on which their evolution in coming years might be based.
