摘要：El tema del presente artículo es la innegable importancia que adquiere la música en los adolescentes y de cómo ésta se convierte en una actividad generadora de múltiples dimensiones en la vida y la formación de los jóvenes. La música influye en la manera de actuar y de pensar de las personas y contribuye a modificar la forma en que los adolescentes conocen y comprenden la realidad que los rodea. Lo anterior queda en evidencia en el estudio Sentido y significado de la música en adolescentes varones de Enseñanza Media de un establecimiento particular subvencionado de Concepción, cuyo propósito fue indagar desde la perspectiva de los jóvenes respecto a la importancia que tiene la música que escuchan los adolescentes en su desarrollo afectivo y social. El estudio se desarrolló en dos fases: la primera de índole cuantitativa y la segunda de tipo cualitativa. En este artículo presentamos los resultados de la segunda fase.
其他摘要：The subject of the present article is the undeniable importance that music acquires in adolescents and how it is transformed into an activity generating multiple dimensions in the life and formation of the youths. Music influences the way of acting and thinking of the persons and contributes to the modification of the form in which the adolescents know and understand the reality that surrounds them. The before mentioned remains in evidence in the research work Sense and meaning of music in adolescent boys of a subsidized private education school in Concepción, carried out from the perspectives of the youths, regarding the importance that music has in the social and emotional development of the adolescents. This research work was carried out in two phases: the first of a quantitative type and the second of a qualitative type. In this article we present the results of the second phase.
