摘要：El artículo pretende clarificar el rol que juega el amor en la construcción de una ética fenomenológica, teniendo como telón de fondo las investigaciones de Max Scheler. Así pretendo sostener que no es posible comprender algunos aspectos de la Ética (1913) de Scheler, sin tomar en consideración los estudios complementarios acerca de la vida emocional que él desarrolla paralelamente, esto es, El resentimiento en la moral (1912), el Sympathiebuch (1913) primera edición de Esencias y formas de la simpatía (1923) y Ordo amoris (1916). En definitiva, la tesis que pretendo desarrollar es que el amor para Scheler no es un sentimiento cualquiera, sino que constituye el motor de la acción moral y de la concepción de lo humano.
其他摘要：The article aims to clarify the role that love plays in the construction of a phenomenological ethics, taking as its background the investigations of Max Scheler. I propose that it is not possible to understand some aspects of the Ethics (1913) of Scheler, without considering the additional studies on the emotional life that he developed in parallel with his On Resentment and Moral Value Judgement (1912), the Sympathiebuch (1913), the first edition of The Nature and Forms of Sympathy (1923) and Ordo amoris (1916). In short, the thesis I propose is that love for Scheler is not an ordinary feeling, but the engine of moral action and the conception of the human.
