标题：LA TELEVISIÓN EN LOS MUNICIPIOS CUBANOS: NI COMUNITARIA, NI MUNICIPAL

摘要：Este artículo parte de una investigación realizada en la llamada Televisión municipal en Cuba con el fin de demostrar la incompatibilidad de sus prácticas productivas con las lógicas de los proyectos de Televisión comunitaria. Expone resultados obtenidos a partir de la etnografía, de la observación participante, del análisis de contenido a las parrillas de programación, de la revisión bibliográfica de los documentos que rigen el trabajo de la experiencia televisiva cubana en estos espacios, y de la entrevista a creadores y directivos vinculados al quehacer del medio. Comienza con una caracterización general de las particularidades de la Televisión estatal cubana. Posteriormente realiza un breve esbozo de los rasgos de la Televisión comunitaria y luego analiza cómo se ven (si lo hacen) los citados rasgos en las televisoras municipales de la mayor de las Antillas. Además de demostrar la incompatibilidad de la categoría Televisión comunitaria con la práctica cubana y de precisar que tampoco se ajusta al término de municipal, este trabajo recalca la necesidad que tienen las prácticas televisivas en Cuba de establecer relaciones horizontales con su público.
其他摘要：This article comes from an investigation carried out in the television known as "municipal television" in Cuba, with the purpose of demonstrating the incompatibility of its productive practices with the logics of the projects of community television. It exposes results obtained by the use several methods such as: the ethnography, the participant observation, the analysis of programming´s contents, the bibliographical revision of the documents that governs the work of the Cuban television experience in these spaces and the interview to creators and directives of the media. The article begins with a general characterization of the particularities of Cuban state television. Later, it carries out a brief sketch of the features of community television and then it analyzes how the mentioned feautures can be seen in Cuba. Besides demonstrating the incompatibility of the category "community television" with the Cuban practice and specifying that it is neither adjusted to the term of municipal, this work emphasizes in the necessity to stablish horizontal relationships between television practices in Cuba and its public.
