El movimiento por la democracia con pluralismo ideológico, religioso y justicia social, cada vez se extiende más en distintos países del Tercer Mundo. Como movimiento universal tiene posibilidades de vincularse a un nuevo internacionalismo de partidos, trabajadores y pueblos. En esa vinculación es difícil que no se concrete una unión entre asalariados de dentro y fuera del capitalismo global. Con muchas fuerzas políticas más, unos y otros se verán obligados a actuar ante las catástrofes y tumultos que se preparan para los próximos años. Para que esa acción sea universal habrá que recibir a los movimientos nacionalistas, étnicos y tribales que luchan en su interior contra las mafias que los dominan.

The movement for a democracy with ideological and religious pluralism and social justice is advancing in various Third World countries. As a universal movement it has the possibility of relating to a new Internationalism composed of parties, workers and peoples. In the course of this coming together, it is difficult to avoid a union between salaried workers inserted in the different niches of global capitalism. Together with many political forces, they will be obliged to act in the face of the catastrophes and tumults that are to be foreseen. In order to assert its universal nature, it will have to welcome national, ethnic and tribal movements that struggle against the local mafias that dominate them, as well as for the rights of their peoples, a universal right as important as that of individual rights and as those of the workers.
