摘要:The study explores employees' perception of cognitive after-effects of o rganization change prevalent in an organizatio n. Data of 100 at middle level was collected from business process outsourcing organization, based in India. The Cronbach's alpha of th e qu estion naire was 0 .7 97 & Pearson correl ation was 0.924 (p<0.001). The factor analysis of 'cognitive after-effects of organization change' led to the ex traction of th ree factors. These factors were "Schematic Repositioning and Diagnostic Orientation", "Self-holistic An chors" and "Systemic Myopia" respectively. The results indicate that these factors are major source of cognitive, interpersonal and organizational issues exemplifying situated cognition at psychological level in the Indian context
