  • 摘要:Informationtechnology Services is considered as the key driver for the changes taking place around the world.Internet banking (IB) is the latest and most innovative serviceand is the new trend among the consumers.The shift from theformal banking to e-banking has been a 'leap' change. This study determines the factors influencing the consumer's adoptionof internet banking in Indiaand hence investigates the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceivedrisk on use of IB. It is an essential part of a bank's strategy formulationprocess in an emerging economy like India. Surveybased questionnaire design with empirical test was carried out.
