摘要:There are some empirical evidences that tourists’ satisfaction is an indicator of their future behaviour, particularly of their intention to revisit and/or recommend the destination to others, that is, of their loyalty. Therefore, the analysis of tourist satisfaction is of singular relevance to those involved in the management of tourism. The main objective of this study is to analyze the satisfaction of the tourists who visited Santiago de Compostela during the Holy Year. The information was collected from a sample of 400 tourists in 2010. The survey concerned such aspects as the image of the destination, tourists’ satisfaction and loyalty.
