摘要:The aim of this work was to differentiate 30 barley genotypes using esterases as protein markers. We observed isoenzyme polymorphism at 4 loci (Est 1, Est 2, Est 4, Est 5). It revealed significant polymorphism using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Forty three lines and 12 esterase profiles in 30 analyzed varieties were observed. A total of 13 alleles have been detected at 4 loci of which 4 alleles of Est 1 with frequencies of 2.3 – 62.8 %, 3 alleles at locus Est 2 with frequencies ranging from 4.7 to 93.0 % and 2 alleles of Est 4 with frequencies 32.6 and 67.4 %. Frequency of 4 detected alleles at locus Est 5 varied from 2.3 to 85.0 %. Ten of the 30 examined genotypes showed intravarietal polymorphism. The number of detected lines in analyzed varieties varied from 1 to 4. Two of the 43 lines were heterozygotes.
