摘要：The purpose of this study is to explore the staff’s stages of concern and perceptions of benefits towards the ISO 9001:2008-based quality management system (QMS) development in Graduate School of Business (GSB). This study adopts Concerns-Based Adoption Model (CBAM) to compare the profiles of the staff’s stages of concern (SoC). Besides, this study also tests the difference in perceptions of benefits of the staff based on various type profiles. The data obtained from a survey of 23 staff in GSB were analyzed and the useful recommendations were made. This study reveal that the stages of concern and potential resistance, as well as perceptions of benefits from the staff that should be taken seriously by the management in order to successfully create continual improvement in the ISO 9001:2008-based QMS in the institution.
