摘要：Objective: To compare the rate of neonatal respiratory complications among newborns of women with type 1 Diabetes mellitus (DM) delivered before 39 weeks gestation following documentation of Fetal Lung Maturity (FLM) to the neonatal outcome of similar women delivered after 39 weeks.
