    The situations of malaise in the educational and social space are an old difficulty and are experienced with helplessness, uncomfortable and uncanny feeling. However, in some situations, the malaise is functional. The purpose of this article is to locate and analyse these two elements which are often mixed in professional field and appear sometimes negative, sometimes positive.
