摘要：Meeting with scientists, managers and policy-makers with real- life experiences combined with relevant field visits was a particularly effective approach for knowledge-sharing activities in the frame of cooperation among institutions. Various experts met, and case studies were presented highlighting the critical importance of a sufficient technical/ scientific understanding (good conceptual models, etc.) as a precursor to sound groundwater management as well as effective cooperation between countries.
