Keane to buy Metro Information Services for 0.43 times revenue

The Deal: Metro Information Services Inc. has agreed to purchase Keane Inc. for $135 million in stock. The acquisition is a move by Keane to boost its customer base by nearly 40 percent. After news of the transaction was announced, shares of Metro gained 10 cents to $3.70, and Keane shares rose 46 cents to close at $18.46.
