The unique industrial design of Wyse® Winterm™ thin clients provide a smaller, easy to deploy desktop device for retail locations where counter space is at a premium. Our thin clients are more reliable and require less maintenance than a PC.

Thin clients are compatible with such features as touchscreen support, smart cards, retail hardened keyboards, and can connect to a wide-range of input and output devices, such as, printers, bar code readers, cash drawers, magnetic swipe readers, scanners, and more.

Retail Kiosks Retailers are also seeking ways to improve operational efficiency with electronic kiosks powered by secure, managed, affordable, and reliable Winterm thin clients.

Kiosks can provide real-time gift registry searches and purchases and can act as an in-store job application accepting center. Employment kiosks at each store can collect information from potential job candidates, then sort and send the details to the human resource director, who may be many miles away from the stores' kiosks.

Kiosks allow customers simple self-service that frees up the staff to focus on other profit-making activities.
