By integrating the low-power AMD Geode processor, Wyse is taking the lead in offering its customers a strong Linux-based thin client solution that helps maximize technology investments. Built upon AMD's x86 architecture, the AMD Geode processor eases implementation, application support, and peripheral support for Linux thin clients. The processor is designed for power, performance and design flexibility. Utilizing the AMD Geode processor, Wyse thin clients are able to run Linux at high speeds and at price points lower than a traditional PC.
