  • 摘要:Xenoestrogens are chemmcals with diverse structure that mmc estrogen Bisphenol A. a monomer of polyearbonale and epoxy resins,has been detected in canned food and human slva Bisphenol A stmulate cell prolferaton dand Induce expression of estrogen - respone genes in vitro The purpose of the this study was 10 evaluate cell prloferaton of bisphenol A In the presence ot a rat liver S9 mix contaning cytochrome P450 enzymes and Cu(ID) The fragmenaton of Intuct DNA. a parameter of apoptoue cell death,war evaluated quntatively by dphenylamune reaction method Bisphenol A Induced spoptotic cell death In a dore - dependent manner The effect of ruducal cavenger on the apoptotec cell death induced bsphenol A was investngated The DNA trygmentauon Induced by bisphenol A was signficantly inhubrted by sdduton of radical scavenger to the culure medum This indcated thul elevated oxndatie ste cauved by 1mbalance between the producton and remotal of free radeals occurred 1n cells Taken together, these results suggest that free radhcal reacts wuth Cu (I) leading oxuatuve stress.
