摘要：Where an agent who has concluded a forwarding agreement with a shiper for the shipment of designated goods,assigns to a third person his claim arising out of certain bills of lading,such an assignment does not comprise all other bills of lading relating to the other goods carried on the ship. The assignment relates only to the ship carrier but not to third parties who were also involved in the transport transaction.
