摘要:Present paper aims to discuss the pros and cons of the implementation of a staff appraisal system within the organizational framework,with particularities,unforeseen related costs and expected outputs. We analyse the components of the system and the procedures to be put in place in a critique view of most common practices,as well as unwanted facets of implementing a staff evaluation system using insufficient or frail management instruments.
