摘要：Identification of optimal allocation of resources to maximize the health of the population will be a key challenge of the health system in the next decade. Consequently,medical research should continue to expect an increased number of alternatives to detect,prevent and treat various diseases. However,budgetary constraints will restrict access to these solutions,or at least by some. Economic evaluation of the results of an entire health system (such as in Romania) is possible but not practical. This deficiency can be explained by lack of appropriate indicators and the difficulties of quantification. Through this paper we propose an inventory of the main methods of applying cost-benefit analysis of health system in Romania and in particular,oro-dental health system in order to identify new costs involved in carrying out such services.
