摘要：En el presente artículo analizo el problema del gobierno de los humanos específicamente en el período de inicio de la modernidad (siglo XV) hasta nuestros días. Para ello, me apoyaré en dos filósofos franceses, Michel Foucault y Etienne de La Boétie, quienes intentan, por un lado, mostrar en qué condiciones se ha llegado a establecer y ejercer efectivamente dicho gobierno sobre los otros y, por otro, reflexionar sobre las posibilidades de acción como respuesta a la tensión gobierno-libertad.
其他摘要：In this article I will analyze the government of humans problem, specifically between the start of modernity age (XV century) until our days. For this, I will base in two French philosophers: Michel Foucault and Etienne de La Boétie. Both try, on one hand, to show in which conditions that government over others has been established and effectively exercised, on the other, they intend to reflect about possibilities of action as answer to the tension between government and freedom.
