其他摘要:Digital banking stimulating platform for elderly is focusing on reducing obstacle factors that may cause anxiety to the elderly while using digital banks. The objectives are 1) to analyze the usage of digital banks on website and application for elderly and 2) to develop the digital banking stimulating prototype platform for elderly. The sample of this research and development is 100 male and female elderlies as aged 50 years old and older in Thailand. The research tools are the prototype platform that the researcher has developed with performance evaluation by specialists and questionnaires to gather satisfaction data in samples. The results of this research and development found that the sample usually has one active digital device which is the smartphone with a touch screen in contrast with the mobile phone with a physical button. The frequency of digital device screen time is used every day in which the maximum usage hours are 3-4 hours per day. Found that most of the samples ask their children to help solve their problem while using digital banks which they have only 1 active financial application. Convenience and Modern design aesthetic are the key obstacles for elders to choosing the financial service and accessing the wrong page due to complicated buttons is the most frequent problem they are facing while font and buttons size, content writing and color in the application are the key needs for bank application to improve. The development of a digital banking stimulating platform for elderly found that suitable designs for the elderly help increase satisfaction for the elderly in all aspects when designs on the standard vertical proportion on a digital device. The recommendation on button is to use 90-270 pixels on height Use “TH Baijam” font on 40-300 points or 18-145 pixels on height and color need to have a clearly contrast such as light grey #F4F4F4 and orange gradient from #EB6D01 to #EB9600.
