摘要：En este trabajo se presenta una revisión al marco teórico en el que surgen los portafolios desde su origen hasta llegar a diferentes propuestas de implementación en el Estado español, con el objetivo de establecer cuáles son las ventajas y los inconvenientes de su uso por parte de la comunidad docente. Se ha partido de una muestra de portafolios de diferentes tipos. Los resultados permiten afirmar que para los usuarios el portafolio es una herramienta muy potente de formación, pero también presenta grandes inconvenientes. Parece pues necesario continuar indagando y revisando sobre cómo se está llevando a cabo su implementación para así poder obtener mejores resultados.
其他摘要：This paper introduces a review of the theoretical framework upon which portfolios arise from their origin and into diff erent proposals concerning their use in Spain. The purpose of the review is to establish the advantages and disadvantages the teaching community experiences through the adoption of this framework. Diff erent types of portfolio have been selected as the starting point. It can be inferred from the results that although for users the portfolio can be an extremely powerful educational tool, it can also pose great inconveniences. Consequently, further research is necessary in order to fi nd out how the theoretical framework is being currently implemented so that teachers can bett er benefi t from it.
