摘要：The article examines modern scientific views on the definition of begging. The Author comes to the conclusion that currently there is no universal notion of begging, as every existing definition contains certain terminological flaws. There is also a restricted notion of begging from begging and vagrancy. The Author also offers an authentic definition of begging.
