摘要：Rational and economically organized network of settlements is based on the principles of the trade and economy oriented profit.It is the starting point of the contemporary spatial planning of every state including Serbia.From that point of view the space of Serbia has many problems.The priority questions which need urgent responses are: – What can bee seen as settlement in the contemporary developmental theories and policy as we see it through trade oriented economy,and planned network of settlements? – Which theoretical and methodological starting points and practical decisions possible in order to eliminate existing weaknesses in the spatial organization of the existing settlements,just as the southing of the actual demographic problems,first of all the problems,first of all in the village settlements and areas? – Hoe can the system of continuous and periodical measures,interventions and action,at the national,regional,sub regional and local level can influence at stopping or at least slowing down the trend of the demographyhic emptying discharging and dividing the settlements?– Which are the directions of the solving the problem of each year more prominent picture of the spontaneously depopulation of the village settlements?.
其他摘要：Рационална и економична просторна организација мреже насеља заснована на принципима тржишно оријентисаног привређивања представља полазиште модерно организованог простора сваке државе,па и Србије.С тог становишта државни простор Србије оптерећен је многобројним проблемима,а приоритетна питања која траже практична решења јесу следећа: Шта се у садашњој развојној ситуацији сматра насељем сходно теоријама и принципима савремене тржишно оријентисане привреде и плански организоване и структуриране мреже насеља? Која су теоријско-методолошка полазишта и практична решења могућа ради елиминисања постојећих слабости у просторној организацији мреже насеља,као и ублажавања актуелних демографских проблема,пре свега у руралним насељима и подручјима? Како системом сталних и повремених планских мера,интервенција и акција на националном,регионалном,субрегионалном и локалном нивоу утицати на потискивање или бар ублажавање тренда демографског пражњења и уситњавања насеља? Који су путеви решавања из године у годину све израженије појаве спонтаног расељевања сеоских насеља?.
