摘要:Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui apakah kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dengan model TAI mencapai ketuntasan belajar; (2) untuk mengetahui apakah kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dengan model CIRC mencapai ketuntasan belajar; (3) dan untuk mengetahui apakah kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dengan model TAI lebih baik daripada kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dengan model CIRC. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Semarang tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Dengan teknik purposive sampling terpilih dua kelas sampel yaitu siswa kelas VIII B sebagai kelas eksperimen I dan siswa kelas VIII C sebagai kelas eksperimen II. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi,tes dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t dan uji kesamaan rata-rata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa kelas eksperimen I dan kelas eksperimen II mencapai ketuntasan belajar. Disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan komunikasi matematis dengan model TAI dan CIRC mencapai ketuntasan belajar dan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dengan model TAI lebih baik daripada dengan model CIRC.
其他摘要:The purposes of this research were to know: (1) whether mathematical communication of students who were taught by using TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) learning model can achieve classical criterion of passing assessment,(2) whether mathematical communication of students who were taught by using CIRC (Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition) learning model can achieve classical criterion of passing assessment,and (3) whether mathematical communication achievement of students who were taught by using TAI were better than those who were taught by using CIRC. The population in this research was 8 graders of SMP Negeri 8 Semarang in the academic year 2013/2014. By using purposive sampling technique it was chosen two classes as sample,they were class 8B as the first experimental class and class 8C as the second experimental class. The data was collected through documentasi,test and observation. The t test and similarity of means test were used as the technique of analyzing data. The result of similarity of means test showed that mathematical communication achievement of students who were taught by using TAI were better than those who were taught by using CIRC.
