摘要：A study to determine the implementation of management lifeguard, lifeguard duty supporting infrastructure and management services lifeguard shape to provide comfort to the visitors. The research method used is descriptive qualitative interview techniques, observation, documentation and support questionnaire. Obtained results lifeguard management has implemented process management well. Management lifeguard simple form an organization under the leadership of manager directly in the direction and supervision duties. In keeping with the smooth operation of members of the lifeguard lifeguard management in collaboration with other areas that are under the management of the Water Blaster and agency teams SAR (Search and Rescue) of Semarang. To support the activities of the Water Blaster lifeguard provide infrastructure support member lifeguard duty in the field. To improve service to visitors, management skills training as well as giving an assignment to rescue lifeguard with principled serve.
