摘要：Under conditions of a catastrophic system failure developing,in the Polish Power System (PPS),the creation of island systems powered by municipal CHP generating units may be one way to maintain the units’ production capacity.Block island load system BC 50 could create own and general EC Karolin and industrial plants located in the immediate vicinity of the thermal-electric power station receipts.
