摘要：The purpose of this study is to identify the sources of harmonizing employers’ orders in business and graduates of higher education. According to challenges posed by the economic environment the development of tutor-support system has the great potential to solve the problem. In the paper trends of modern specialists’ educational preparation are discussed. New pedagogical position of university instructor in the organization of students’ research work is denoted,some historical insight of Tutoring concept is taken,objectives and methodology of tutor-support system is provided.
