摘要：En el presente artículo abordo la preocupación de la filosofía y la medicina respecto a la vinculación entre dietética y ética. Para lograr aquello, el texto está dividido en cuatro partes. Las tres primeras se enfocan en exponer el pensamiento de Hipócrates, Friedrich Nietzsche y, Michel Foucault y sus reflexiones sobre la salud, la naturaleza humana, el autocontrol de la alimentación y la afirmación de la autonomía. La última sección está dedicada, por un lado, a señalar puntos comunes entre las diversas reflexiones y, por otro, a reivindicar la dietética como problema filosófico y aspecto fundamental de la salud.
其他摘要：In this article I address the concern of philosophy and medicine in relation to the link between dietetics and ethics. To achieve that, the article is divided into four sections. The first three focus on exposing the thinking of Hippocrates, Friedrich Nietzsche and, Michel Foucault and their reflections on health, human nature, nutrition self-control and the affirmation of autonomy. The last section is dedicated, on one hand, to mark common points among different reflections and, on the other, to reclaim the dietetics as a philosophical problem and fundamental aspect of health.
