摘要：Desde uma perspectiva de longo prazo e no contexto de um debate mais amplo que aborda o tema da configuração das periferias urbanas: "cidade difusa" ( INDOVINA , 1990), "entre-cidades" ( SIEVERTS , 2003), este artigo interroga o processo de configuração dos tecidos residenciais de baixa densidade na área metropolitana de Buenos Aires. A leitura histórica da configuração e da mudança física dessas peças, em relação às suas áreas de fronteira, permitirá responder às seguintes perguntas: Quais são as características que essas peças definiram e como se estenderam -ou não- sobre áreas contíguas? O que acontece com essas áreas quando elas são "atravessadas" por processos expansivos dentro de novas lógicas? A partir da análise de um caso, a contribuição deste trabalho se reconhece em dois níveis: em primeiro lugar, desde a inovação metodológica, que vincula a construção de mapas interpretativos do território com a pesquisa histórica para gerar novas questões que superem as visões mais gerais e permitam reconhecer os detalhes mais específicos e explicar como as grandes áreas da Grande Buenos Aires se constroem no nível da trama. Em segundo lugar, esta abordagem permitiu explicar os tempos do território e a somatória de projetos, ideias e atores que se reúnem e sucedem, nem sempre de forma linear, atuando em um mesmo espaço.
其他摘要：From a long-term perspective, and within the framework of a broad debate that addresses the issue of urban periphery configuration: “diffuse city” (INDOVINA, 1990), “between-cities” (SIEVERTS, 2003), this article interrogates the process of configuring residential low density tissues in the metropolitan area of Buenos Aires. The historical reading of the configuration and the physical change of these pieces, in relation to their edge areas will allow to answer the following questions: what are the characteristic features defined on these pieces and how they extended - or not - over the adjacent areas? What happens to these areas when they are "traversed" by expansive processes within new logic? From the analysis of a case, the contribution of this work is recognized on two levels: first, from its methodological novelty, which links the construction of interpretive cartographies of the territory with historical research to deploy new questions that exceed the visions more general and allow to recognize the finest yarn and realize how large areas of Greater Buenos Aires are built at the plot level. Secondly, this perspective allowed us to account for the times of the territory and the sum of projects, ideas and actors that meet and follow each other, not always in a linear way, acting in the same space.
