摘要：Визначено роль музичних навчальних закладів у формуванні культурної ідентичності диригента. Виявлено, що цей період є важливим етапом адаптації студента до нових соціосфер, під час якого формуються професійна культурна ієрархія та система цінностей, що створює зв’язки як з національною, так і зі світовою культурою. Розкрито, що роль викладача, як приклад сформованої ідентичності особистості, є важливим чинником у процесі пошуків власних ідеалів та векторів розвитку. Доведено, що вивчення цієї проблематики дозволить спроєктувати норми і систему цінностей, а також вивчити вплив освітнього процесу цих установ на формування культурної ідентичності диригентів.
其他摘要：The aim of the article is to identify and explore the role of higher education institutions of modern Ukraine in the process of forming the cultural and national identity of a conductor. Research methodology . Interdisciplinary and systematic approaches have been used to identify the cultural and national identity of the conductor. General scientific and special methods of research have been applied, in particular: the method of induction and deduction (to determine the mutual influence between studying at the higher music educational institutions of modern Ukraine and forming the cultural and national identity of the student-conductor); comparative (to establish similarities between Ukrainian conducting schools). Results . It is concluded that the cultural and national identity of conductors is actively formed at the stage of studying at a higher educational institution. This complex symbiosis of pedagogical, social, and individual and psychological character acts on the personal construct of the student’s identity and forms his/her cultural and national elements. Novelty. The paper is the first attempt for examining the influence of higher education institutions of modern Ukraine on the formation of the cultural and national identity of a conductor in the scientific discourse. The practical significance . The study of the cultural and national identity of the conductor in the course of training enables to reveal the features of formation of his/her personality at this stage. The research approaches offer insights into the psychological processes that occur with the conductor at the stage of his/her music, psychological and social formation. Conclusions. A significant role in shaping the conductor’s cultural and national identity belongs to a higher education institution, since at this stage both fundamental basic music knowledge and professional music experience are formed. Under the influence of the educational process, the sociospheres and the personality of the specialty tutor, the basic constructs of cultural and national identity are formed, which can later become part of the conductor’s personality.
