摘要：O presente estudo tem como agenda teórica central a afirmação do papel da metáfora na constituição de padrões construcionais gramaticais de uma língua. A argumentação teórica apresentada, tendo como eixo o paradigma construcionista (Modelos de Uso da Gramática das Construções - GOLDBERG 1995, 2006; CROFT & CRUSE, 2004; LANGACKER, 1999, 2007; SALOMÃO, 2007), busca respaldo em um estudo de caso sobre as Construções Negativas Superlativas de IPNs (CNS) do Português.
其他摘要：The central aim of the present study is to stress and explore the role of metaphor in the constitution of grammatical constructions. The theoretical discussion here developed has as its basis the constructionist paradigm (use-based models of Construction Grammar - GOLDBERG, 1995, 2006; CROFT & CRUSE, 2004; LANGACKER, 1999, 2007; SALOMÃO, 2006, 2007) and seeks endorsement in a case study on the superlative negative constructions of NPIs in Portuguese language.
