摘要：У статті обґрунтовується ідея застосування синергетичного підходу для окреслення шляхів оптимізації освітньої системи, розглядаються особливості впливу синергетики на процес самоорганізації людини, на розвиток її творчих здібностей, на формування способів розширення власного кругозору та оновлення знань у процесі самоосвіти.↓В статье обосновывается идея применения синсргетического подхода для определения путей оптимизации образовательной системы, рассматриваются особенности влияния синергетики на процесс самоорганизации человека, на развитие его творческих способностей, на формирование способов расширения личного кругозора и обновления знаний в процессе самообразования.
其他摘要：Problem setting. The process of search of the most optimum educational paradigm requires the serious humanitarian and philosophical comprehension of problem of man. Absolutely obviously, that and education shows by itself the very difficult system which exists in the conditions of unstable society. A traditional paradigm of education is in a that kind, as it was formed within the framework of the European culture for a few last hundred years, too static, monologue, oriented to the disciplinary differentiating of knowledge on the off-line, reserved systems storages of information, which must be "inlaid" in the heads of students. Recent research and publications analysis . Sinergistical methods and going near the rozv''yazannya problems of evolution in the frames of society were examined K.Beyli, O. Dzeban, M. Moiseeva, Dzh. Skott, O. Subetto, Yu.Yakovec. Development of education from positions of synergetics is interpreted by such scientists, as In. Budanov, N. Bulgakova, V. Vandishev, V. Kushnir, V. Lutay, O. Ponomarev. Paper objective . The purpose of this article is to attempt to analyse essence of education from the sinergetical point of view. Paper main body. The article emphasizes that in the synergetic sense, education is the self-organization of man as a holistic, orderly system that co-evolves with the ideals of culture and correlates with the images of the modern world. Self-organization in the synergetic sense - is the creation of his "I" in the system of man - society. The modern model of education should develop not only the mechanisms and methods of understanding a person as a self-developing system, but also actively, effectively contribute to the formation of the individual as an interested and creative participant in the development and restoration of society, and not as an external observer of this process. The synergetic approach makes it possible to realize the idea of creative involvement of a person into sociocultural reality. The article substantiates that the role of the synergetic approach in education provides an opportunity to determine the mechanism of functioning of the system student - teacher; to discover the logic of interaction in such a system; to find concrete conditions for self-development of students. The synergetic approach in education stimulates the student to search for one of his own and favorable ways of development for him, as to ensure self-directed and self-sustaining development. Synergetics represents training in the form of "adaptive modification" of genetically innate behavior. There is a matrix transmission of integral samples of knowledge, which forms the basis for the subsequent creative research of the individual mind. Conclusions of the research . The synergetic approach to higher education manifests itself in the following main areas: interdisciplinarity in education; expansion of the nomenclature of disciplines of the humanitarian cycle; ensuring the interpenetration of humanitarian and non-human (natural sciences and technical) knowledge; enrichment of natural sciences and technical disciplines with knowledge; learning solutions to scientific and technical problems on the brink of technical and humanitarian spheres.
