  • 其他摘要:Taste education seems it’s a topic to enjoy the singular privilege of doing without the confrontation with the sciences of human education, consequence of the hedonistic vision of the concept that still prevails in both representations and languages. The study documents the results of a ethnographic research called “pedagogical convivium”, where educating in (good) taste is directly confronted with issues concerning the identity of individuals and social communities. From the research it has found confirmation that, with specific reference to food, the taste, from intertwining flavor, knowledge and pleasure, outlines original trajectories for learning, useful to get out the subjects from external conditioning, strengthening autonomy and responsibility in the decisions and choices that guide behavior in everyday life
