标题：Оцінка комфортності погодно-кліматичних умов в Українських Карпатах для кліматотерапії та рекреації

摘要：Стаття присвячена дослідженню комфортності погодно-кліматичних умов в Українських Карпатах для кліматотерапії та рекреації, розвитку активного туризму. Одним із стратегічних напрямків розвитку регіону Українських Карпат є пріоритетне освоєння його рекреаційного потенціалу. Наявність унікальної природно-ресурсної бази лікувальних мінеральних вод усіх відомих типів, багато з яких унікальні, в поєднанні зі сприятливими кліматичними умовами є природною базою розвитку санаторно-курортної справи в регіоні. Основні положення роботи можуть використовуватись для розширення сучасних уявлень про кліматичні особливості гірських ландшафтів та особливості клімату Українських Карпат. У статті розглянуто теоретико-методологічні засади оцінки комфортності погодно-кліматичних умов територій, вплив окремих метеорологічних та геофізичних показників на стан та здоров’я людини. Подано результати розрахунків біокліматичних та кліматотерапевтичних показників за даними тридцятирічних спостережень чотирьох гірських та двох передгірських метеорологічних станцій Українських Карпат, які знаходяться в безпосередній близькості до основних гірськолижних та кліматичних курортів регіону. За результатами розрахунків визначено умови комфортності погодно-кліматичних умов в теплий та зимовий період року для розвитку кліматотерапії і рекреації в регіоні. Комплексні дослідження погодно-кліматичних умов для розвитку кліматотерапії та рекреації з використанням кількісних оцінок комфортності клімату для умов Українських Карпат виконано вперше. Результати дослідження дозволяють більш коректно застосовувати метеорологічну і кліматологічну інформацію для оцінки кліматичних умов і ресурсів гірських регіонів загалом, зокрема у зв’язку з рекреаційним природокористуванням, розробки програм організації кліматичних курортів у регіоні. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані при організації спортивно-туристичних заходів у регіоні Українських Карпат.
其他摘要：The article is devoted to the study of the comfort of weather and climatic conditions in the Ukrainian Carpathians for climate therapy and recreation, the development of active tourism. One of the strategic directions of development of the Ukrainian Carpathians region is the priority development of its recreational potential. The presence of the unique natural resource base for medicinal mineral waters of all known types, many of which are exclusive, in combination with favorable climatic conditions, is the natural basis for the development of sanatorium and resort affairs in the region. The main provisions of the work can be used to broaden modern ideas about the climatic features of mountain landscapes and the peculiarities of the climate of the Ukrainian Carpathians. The article deals with theoretical and methodological principles of the estimation of the comfort of weather-climatic conditions of territories, the influence of individual meteorological and geophysical indicators on the state and health of a person. The results of bioclimatic calculations and climate therapeutic indices are given on the basis of thirty years of observations of four mountain and two pre-mountain meteorological stations of the Ukrainian Carpathians, which are in close proximity to the main skiing and climatic resorts of the region. According to the results of calculations the conditions of comfort of weather-climatic conditions in the warm and winter period of the year for the development of climate therapy and recreation in the region were determined. Complex research of weather and climatic conditions for the development of climate therapy and recreation using quantitative estimates of climate comfort for the conditions of the Ukrainian Carpathians is performed for the first time. The results of the study allow meteorological and climatological information to be more accurately used to assess the climatic conditions and resources of mountain regions in general, in particular in connection with recreational nature use, and the development of programs for the organization of climatic resorts in the region. The results of the research can be used for organizing sports and tourist events in the Ukrainian Carpathians region.
