摘要：La agencia moral, entendida como la facultad que permite la moralidad, aparece gracias a las estructuras psicobiológicas que componen sus condiciones de posibilidad. Trataremos de comprender su origen evolutivo atendiendo a la posibilidad de que la agencia moral surgiese como un subproducto de la evolución, que no aparece con una función concreta, y que sería resultado de la concurrencia de otros elementos que surgieron y se desarrollaron adaptativamente. Tras ello haremos algunas consideraciones respecto a las competencias de las ciencias empíricas y de la ética en relación a lo moral.
其他摘要：Moral agency, understood as the faculty that enables morality, appears due to the psychobiological structures that set its conditions of possibility. We try to understand its evolutionary origin attending the possibility that moral agency emerged as an evolutionary by-product, with no specific function, it would be a result derived from the concurrence of other elements that emerged and developed itself adaptively. After that we will make some considerations regarding the scope of empirical science and ethics in relation to morality.
