摘要：Hoy en día el calentamiento global y los daños causados al medio ambiente, mantiene en vilo la vida de todas las especies del planeta incluido el ser humano como la especie predadora por excelencia; esto último dicho desde una visión crítica al deterioro ambiental, que, de no corregirse, se puede llegar al abismo de la extinción de todas las formas de vida en el planeta Tierra. Por lo consiguiente el propósito del presente artículo es interpretar el discurso de los dirigentes de los políticos, por medio de la técnica de la entrevista guiado entorno a la situación del cambio climático y el calentamiento global; y como ambos inciden en la calidad de vida de los capitalinos.
其他摘要：At present, global warming and the damages caused to the environment keep the life of all species in this planet in suspense, including those of the human beings, which are the biggest predatory species par excellence; the latter said from a critical view of environment deterioration, which, if it fails to be stopped, may reach the abyss of extinction for all life forms on planet Earth. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to interpret the discourse of leaders and politicians by means of the guided interview technique; they were surveyed in relation to the situation of climate change and global warming, and how both have an inﬂuence in the quality of life of the people who live in the city.
