摘要：Many Eastern Washington farmers grow up workingon their family farms, and other than attending a regionalcollege or trade school, they never really leave home.That is not the case with Jamie Barker, PacificNorthwest Region vice president for TerrAvion, a subscription-based aerial imaging company serving agriculture.Barker grew up working on the family farm nearConnell and later returned to help manage it for severalyears. But he is not one of those “stay close to home” farmers. After graduating from Connell High School in 1988, heheaded across the nation to attend The Citadel, a militaryschool located in Charleston, S.C.
