摘要：To most farmers and Eastern Washington residents, thisis either Washington State University Cougar country orEastern Washington University Eagles territory.A glance at the farm equipment at Jason Echelbarger’splace quickly dispels that notion. The orange and blackhues of the Oregon State Beavers (OSU) shine bright andproud all over the farm.While his CaseIH combines are still red, they sport theBeavers football helmet logos, and his wheat trucks arebeautifully outfitted in home and visitor OSU uniform colors.Echelbarger is still excited about the Beavers recentlywinning the College World Series national championshipin baseball. He usually returns to Corvallis, Ore., for atleast one home football game each year.
