摘要：El objetivo de esta investigación consistió el realizar un estudio comparativo entre el mercado de alternativo bursátil mexicano y español, con el fin de conocer el funcionamiento de cada uno de ellos y encontrar los aspectos que diferencian a ambos mercados. Se realizó una investigación documental y de revisión de bases de datos con el fin de tener información confiable y actualizada. El principal hallazgo de este trabajo es que las diferencias entre ambos mercados radican en la obligación que tienen los participantes del mercado alternativo español de contar con un asesor registrado y con un proveedor de liquidez.
其他摘要：The objective of this research was to carry out a comparative study between the Mercado de Alternativo Bursátil Mexicano and Spanish, in order to know the operation of both and find the aspects that differentiate both markets. A documentary research and review of databases was carried out in order to have reliable and updated information. The main finding of this paper is that the differences between both markets lie in the obligation of the participants of the Spanish alternative market to have a registered advisor and a liquidity provider.
