摘要:The small number of studies undertaken so far indicates that malaria control with chemoprophylaxis depresses serum gamma-globulin levels and interferes with the development of the malaria antibodies detected by standard serological tests. Whether these serological changes are associated with defective development of clinical immunity has yet to be clearly established.
