摘要：Resumo: O presente trabalho trata da proteção do direito humano à igualdade étnico-racial no ambiente de trabalho e quais os aspectos de violações deste direito. Objetiva-se a compreensão da estrutura normativa nos campos internacional e brasileiro relativos à igualdade e não discriminação a fim de possibilitar uma interpretação sinérgica de tais regras com o fito de mitigar a perpetuação da colonialidade, estrutura social construída excludente e injusta socialmente. Com a utilização de abordagem qualitativa e do método dedutivo considera-se que a proteção dos direitos mínimos e o reconhecimento de identidade étnico-racial corresponde a uma obrigação do Estado e da sociedade para uma efetiva proteção da dignidade humana no ambiente laboral. Abtract: The present work deals with the protection of the human right to ethnic-racial equality in the work place and what aspects of violations of this right. The objective is to understand the normative structure in the international and Brazilian fields related to equality and non-discrimination in order to enable a synergistic interpretation of such rules in order to mitigate the perpetuation of coloniality, a social structure constructed excluding and socially unjust. With the use of a qualitative approach and the deductive method it is considered that the protection of the minimum rights and the recognition of ethnic-racial identity correspond to an obligation of the State and the society for an effective protection of the human dignity in the work environment.
