标题：Desenvolvimento emocional de crianças que vivenciaram o processo adotivo: revisão integrativa da literatura

摘要：Este estudo de revisão integrativa teve por objetivo conhecer o que a literatura científica, ancorada na perspectiva winnicottiana, tem discutido sobre o desenvolvimento emocional da criança que vivenciou o processo de adoção. As buscas foram realizadas nas bases LILACS, PePSIC e SciELO, no período de 2006 a maio de 2016. Foram analisados, na íntegra, 16 artigos, a partir de critérios de inclusão e exclusão pré-estabelecidos. O perfil predominante é de estudos de casos e estudos teóricos que trazem atendimentos clínicos realizados com indivíduos em processo de adoção ou que vivenciaram o processo, e ligam aspectos da adoção aos conceitos da teoria winnicottiana. Os estudos apontam a importância das relações iniciais na vida de uma pessoa para seu desenvolvimento emocional, destacando a importância de um ambiente suficientemente bom para o desenvolvimento emocional da criança, sendo que esse ambiente pode ser oferecido por uma família adotiva que a respeite, compreenda seus sentimentos e a necessidade de ela saber de sua história, e consiga oferecer um ambiente seguro e acolhedor. Destaca-se também a importância da preparação dos postulantes à adoção para receber um novo membro, assim como a importância da preparação da criança para adentrar uma nova família. 其他摘要：This study of integrative review of scientific literature aimed to know what the scientific literature of the last ten years, anchored in the Winnicott’s perspective, have discussed about the emotional development of the adopted child. The searches were carried out in LILACS, PePSIC and SciELO in the period from 2006 to 2016. Sixteen papers were analyzed in full, from the pre-established inclusion and exclusion criteria. The predominant profile is case studies and theoretical studies that bring clinical care performed with individuals in the adoption process or through the process, and linking aspects of adopting in the concepts of Winnicott’s theory. The studies point to the importance of early relationships in the life of a person to their emotional development, it highlights the importance of a good enough environment for the emotional development of children, and this environment can be provided by a foster family that respects, understands their feelings and their need to know their history, and can provide a safe and welcoming environment. It also highlights the importance of preparation of candidates to adopt to receive a new member and the importance of preparing the child to enter a new family as well.
