摘要：Using mobile devices in and outside the workplace has become the norm, creating a security concern for manycompanies. It is now commonplace for employees to use multiple mobile devices including smartphones, tablets, andlaptops. This study investigated the leading mobile device security issues - according to the literature - regardingsecurity policies and data protection within organizations in the USA and Italy. Results from each country and acomparison between the two were analyzed and are reported in this paper. A discussion of findings, practicalimplications, recommendations, and limitations complete the paper.
