摘要：This study proposes a review of the main representatives of the nineteenth and first decades of the twentieth century of linguistics in the French language of Belgium, in a perspective that is both synchronic and diachronic. Their contributions are important in fundamental linguistic research, in general, and significant in different branches of language science, in particular.
