标题：Educational research about the discipline of the nursing staff towards biosecurity measures in critical areas

摘要：Educational research in biosecurity measures are the amount of techniques used to prevent accidents or insecure conditions causing diseases associated to working. This is an observational, prospective, and transversal study with a sample of 51 nurses, morning shift in critical areas; the instrument is an observational guide. In the results, 73% know the biosecurity measures, 31% know the biosecurity principles, and the application of the biosecurity measures in relation to the physical barriers, hand washing, and the handling of hospital waste are deficient with 39% according to values of the applied instrument in the labor context. In conclusions, the discipline is not the adequate one to what the biosecurity principles demand.
